Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a j <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 29, 2002 and <br /> December 6, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on j <br /> Wednesday, December 11, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning ( !j <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. j <br /> Nelson. Mr. Regan abstained from this decision. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the ! <br /> 1 �I ; <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of j <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Elliot Rosenberg represented himself. He is seeking a 37 foot Variance to <br /> build an 18 x 20 carport over his driveway.
