Gaudet Trust, c/o Paul Griffin of <br /> Natick, Massachusetts for a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning <br /> i <br /> By-laws to vary the wetlands requirement and lot coverage in order to build a covered <br /> porch on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 144 Ninigret Avenue (Map 65 I <br /> Parcel 78) Mashpee, MA. <br /> ; j <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> i <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 29 and <br /> December 6, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> l <br /> II . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 11, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Edward Govoni. I <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> f <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> I i i <br /> f,I <br /> David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the petitioner. Mr. <br /> Sanicki is seeking a 5-foot variance from the wetlands and a .9% variance from the lot <br /> coverage limit. The Board votes to grant these variances and would also like to grant a <br /> 34.5-foot Variance on Sakonet Drive, which is an unimproved private paper road. <br /> i <br />
