Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> I <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 29, 2002, and <br /> December 6, 2003 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 11, 2002 and January 8, 2003, at which time the following <br /> members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert <br /> Nelson, Edward Govoni and James Regan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner. They are <br /> seeking relief from the front yard setbacks and distance to the wetlands. There will be a <br /> new Septic System installed with a denitrification system. He is looking for a 34-foot <br /> variance to the wetlands and a 22-foot variance in the front. The Board moves to grant a <br /> Variance of 34 feet to the wetlands and a Variance of 22 feet on Great River Road. <br />
