Griffin requesting a Special <br /> Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for demolition of an existing <br /> cottage and deck in order to construct a new 1 bedroom dwelling on property located in <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 142 Ninigret Avenue (Map 65 Parcel 77)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General j <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, November 1 and November 8, <br /> 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,November 13, 2002, at which time the following members of the Zoning ! <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry <br /> and Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> �I <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner. He <br /> proposes to demolish the existing 25 x 20 foot dwelling and replace it with a 28 x 35 <br /> Square foot house. Mr. Nelson informs Mr. Slavinsky that the building plans do not <br /> match up with septic plans. Upon receipt of the new set of plans from the architect,the <br /> Board moves to grant the Special Permit to allow for the above-referenced work to be <br /> i <br /> completed. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> I <br />
