I do not agree with <br /> tF all the contents of the opinion,but I do agree with the opinion that it must be an off- <br /> premise occupation. <br /> It is my determination that the wording"other artisan"allows lccway in an <br /> interpretation. It is also my determination that you may dock your boat and have <br />_ incidental storage of equipment at the premises,but you can not conduct you <br /> business from the premises. You must pickup and discharge passengers from a pier <br /> or dock other than yours or any other residential one. <br /> You are hereby given notice of a vlaiationofMWipee Zoning Section 174-25 I-6 by <br /> conducting a commercial fishing business from your home and you are ordered to <br /> cease the operation of a commercial business from the above premises, You are <br /> given three weeks to comply with this order. <br /> You have the right of appeal to the Board of Appeals. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> William F,Hauck <br /> Building Commissioner <br />
