Hauss, Sr. SP-00-2 15 Seaview Avenue <br /> Map 118 Block 45 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 5, 1999 by Anne V. and John J.Hauss, Sr. <br /> of Somerset,New Jersey for a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to demolish an existing structure and build a single-family <br /> home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 15 Seaview Avenue (Map 118 <br /> Block 45)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 24 and <br /> December 31, 1999, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 12, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented Mr. and Mrs. <br /> Hauss, Sr., who also attended the meeting. Mr. Sanicki said that the applicants propose <br /> to demolish the existing structure and build a new single-family home on the subject <br /> property. The Board has granted a Variance of 1.6% from the lot coverage requirements <br /> to allow for construction of the new home. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
