Hauss, Sr. V-00-1 15 Seaview Avenue <br /> Map 118 Block 45 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 5, 1999 by Anne V. and John J. Hauss, Sr. of <br /> Somerset,New Jersey for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> to vary the lot coverage to allow for construction of a single-family home on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 15 Seaview Avenue (Map 118 Block 45) Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 24 and <br /> December 31, 1999, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 12, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. , <br /> I <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented Mr. and Mrs. <br /> Hauss, Sr., who also attended the meeting. The Board has granted a Special Permit to <br /> I <br /> allow for demolition of the existing structure. Mr. Sanicki said that the applicants propose <br /> to build a new single-family home on the subject property. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
