Town o Mashpee <br /> N 16 Great Xeck Poad Xorth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> I ' <br /> 9 RE: John B. &Elaine Wilson SP-00-23 202 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Map 114 Block 43A �� <br /> A Petition was filed on December 23, 1999 by John B. &Elaine Wilson of I I� <br /> Harvard, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to demolish an existing structure and build a single-family <br /> i <br /> home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 202 Monomoscoy Road <br /> (Map 114 Block 43A)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 4 and February <br /> 11, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> I! <br /> A Public Hearin was held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on : <br /> Hearingi <br /> Wednesday, February 23, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Frederick R. <br /> Borgeson and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> I� <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicants <br /> i <br /> and stated that the subject lot was developed in 1912. The existing structure will be <br /> demolished and a new home will be constructed on the property. The septic system <br /> that was upgraded in 1995 will be relaced with a new denitrification system. <br /> p <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />
