Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 4 and February <br /> 11, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> I! <br /> A Public Hearin was held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on : <br /> Hearingi <br /> Wednesday, February 23, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Frederick R. <br /> Borgeson and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> I� <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicants <br /> i <br /> and stated that the subject lot was developed in 1912. The existing structure will be <br /> demolished and a new home will be constructed on the property. The septic system <br /> that was upgraded in 1995 will be relaced with a new denitrification system. <br /> p <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />
