It is the responsibility of the Applicant to submit additional copies of the <br /> Application form and plans to other Town Boards as required in the Zoning <br /> By-laws. These plans should be submitted at the same time the Application III' <br /> form is filed with the Town Clerk. It is recommended that they be sent by <br /> Certified Mail. For example, plans must be submitted to: <br /> a. Conservation Commission-to conform with their rules and regulations <br /> b. Shellfish Warden, Harbormaster and Waterways --for all Applications <br /> for fixed and floating piers, wharves, and docks <br /> c. Design Review Committee for any Commercial Development j l <br /> d. Mashpee Water District- for any commercial development in the <br /> Groundwater Protection District <br /> ABUTTER'S LISTS III <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 11, requires that abutters and <br /> abutters to the abutters within 3 00 feet of the property line be notified by mail of the <br /> Public Hearing on all Applications. <br /> The Applicant is not responsible for the preparation of the Mashpee abutter's list. <br /> The Assessor's office will certify the list and the Zoning Board of Appeals office will <br /> process the mailing. If abutters are located in adjoining Towns it is the responsibility of III <br /> the Applicant to obtain a certified list of those abutters. ! . <br /> I � <br /> A charge of$2.00 per abutter name will be billed to the Applicant for computer <br /> time,postage, supplies and processing costs. Applicants are advised to review their <br /> proposed plans with their immediate neighbors prior to the Public Hearing. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A Public Hearing will be scheduled within 65 days from the date the Application jl ill �I <br /> form was filed with the Town Clerk. The Zoning Board of Appeals normally meets on <br /> the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. <br /> The Applicant or his Agent should be present at the hearing. <br /> ZONING BY-LAWS <br /> All Application forms must include reference to the Section of the Zoning <br /> By-laws which allows an Appeal, Special Permit or a Variance.
