'1 <br /> f <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the ; 1 <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on March 8, 2000 III <br /> � I <br /> to grant a Variance of two (2) feet from the sideline setback requirements on the east side ; ! <br /> and west side of the lot. The Variance is conditioned upon compliance with Cape & <br /> Islands Engineering plan entitled"Single Family Residence &Proposed Sewage Disposal <br /> System Prepared for Daniel P.
