(Owner of record: <br /> Ellen M. Shepherd.) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice wasgiven by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a I j <br /> 1 ! <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 18 and February <br /> 25, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> 1 i <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on I' <br /> Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni,Richard T. Guerrera I I' <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. ;I <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the „I <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> u <br /> Mr. John SlavinskY of Cape &Islands'Engineering represented the applicant and <br /> submitted photos of the subject lot. Demolition of the existing foundation, installation of <br /> a new Title V septic system and construction of a three-bedroom home are planned . No 1 <br /> �I <br /> Variance from the Zoning By-laws is required for this project. The Conservation <br /> Commission has approved the proposal. <br /> Mr. Richard Days, a direct abutter at 39uaker Run Road, attended the meeting <br /> 'I <br /> Q g i fl 1i ' i�l <br /> and reviewed the plans. Mr. Govoni explained the proposed construction. Mr. Days had <br /> no objection to the project. <br /> No other comments were received from abutters. <br /> I <br /> i 1 <br />
