Brem. ;I <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the „I <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> u <br /> Mr. John SlavinskY of Cape &Islands'Engineering represented the applicant and <br /> submitted photos of the subject lot. Demolition of the existing foundation, installation of <br /> a new Title V septic system and construction of a three-bedroom home are planned . No 1 <br /> �I <br /> Variance from the Zoning By-laws is required for this project. The Conservation <br /> Commission has approved the proposal. <br /> Mr. Richard Days, a direct abutter at 39uaker Run Road, attended the meeting <br /> 'I <br /> Q g i fl 1i ' i�l <br /> and reviewed the plans.
