Collins V-00-85 101 Meadowbrook Road <br /> Map 108 Block 110 l i lj <br /> A Petition was filed on February 10, 2000 by John J. and Carole M. Collins <br /> of Somerville, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the side setback and front setback requirements to <br /> allow for construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 101 Meadowbrook Road(Map 108 Block 110)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> i <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> i <br /> i <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 18 and February <br /> 25, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Zella E. Elizenberry, Frederick R. Borgeson <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicants <br /> and stated that the proposed construction has been reduced by 232 square feet in order to <br /> resolve Conservation Commission issues. The applicants are scheduled to appear before 1 i! <br /> the Conservation Commission for a continued hearing on March 16, 2000. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that the proposal would have to be reduced by an additional <br /> 415 square feet in order to conform to current zoning requirements.
