Gerlt—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-2519 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Anns Cove on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 118 Summersea Road(Map 105 Block 51) w' <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> r y <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Marshall A. Brem and Robert G.Nelson. ''A <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicants and stated <br /> that the Conservation Commission has already approved construction of a house on the <br /> subject property. " <br /> Mr. Sanicki said that the next-door neighbors have installed a pier on Ann's Cove. Plans <br /> call for a stairway to descend down the coastal bank to a ramp and float system within ` <br /> Ann's Cove. Mr. Sanicki said that there is 2 %2 to 3 feet of water in the area. Soundings <br /> from the field crew are displayed on the plans. The proposed length is under the allowed 10. <br /> 70-foot limit. The Conservation Commission and the Shellfish Constable have approved j <br /> the project. <br /> .�II <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Brem moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to the following: <br /> • criteria: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. <br /> • that the lot at 118 Summersea Road shall be developed with construction of a house. <br /> • that filing with the Corps of Engineers shall be considered execution of the Special ' ' <br /> Permit. <br /> Mr.Nelson seconded.
