N <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 24 and March 31, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 12, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson <br /> and Zella E. Elizenbe <br /> rr <br /> Y <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town o <br /> P f <br /> li <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant and <br /> stated that a small two-bedroom home is proposed. Lot coverage would be only 10%. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved revised plans dated March 2, 2000. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 6 Great River Road North and consists <br /> of 6,000 square feet. <br /> r <br />
