Owner of record: Jacob <br /> Shammash, Dane Amy, Deborah Shammash, et al. d <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise,P rp e, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 24 and March 31, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 12, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Richard T. Guerr era <br /> and Marshall A. Brem <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the applicant. The <br /> Conservation Commission and the Harbormaster have approved the project. In order to <br /> reach the mean high water mark, the proposal calls for construction of the pier to exceed <br /> the 70-foot length limit. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 64 Popponesset Island Road and consists <br /> of 36,920 square feet. ` <br /> �x <br /> T <br />
