Norling, Jr. of <br /> Weymouth, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to demolish existing structures and construct a single-family <br /> dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 18 Quaker Run Road (Map 83 <br /> Block 212), Mashpee, MA. <br /> v.� <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on October 14, 1998 to grant the Special Permit. The permit is conditioned upon <br /> compliance with plans of Cape &Islands Engineering dated July 31, 1998. <br /> On April 5, 2000, Mr. Peter Merlino, current owner of the subject lot, submitted <br /> revised plans and a request for a Modification to the Special Permit, SP-98-128. The fix. <br /> request is being made prior to the two-year expiration period for Special Permits. <br /> At the Public Hearings on April 12, 2000, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously to grant the Modification to the Special Permit, SP-98-128.
