Owner of record: John M. Fraser and James J. Fraser. ' <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 7 and April 14, 2000, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> y?�Y. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 26, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson and <br /> Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of � <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant and <br /> stated that the proposed addition would be 18 feet from Monomoscoy Road,necessitating <br /> the request for a 12-foot Variance. He said that the Monomoscoy Road subdivision was <br /> adopted in 1912, making the existing dwelling a pre-existing, non-conforming structure. <br /> The existing cesspool would be replaced and improved by a new Title V septic <br /> system with a micro-fast treatment system. Proposed lot coverage would be 15%. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> �;it <br />
