Owner of record: Richardson Jonas. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Cape Cod Times, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 12 and June 19, 2000, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 28, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> iI <br /> Mr. Farrington represented his application. Several years ago,the Board granted j <br /> Variances to allow for development of five lots in the subject area. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> I' <br /> If <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 42 Jonas Drive and consists of 76,946 <br /> square feet. <br /> i <br />
