Roche of <br /> North Attleboro, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning <br /> i <br /> By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Great River on property �I <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 6 Great River Road(Map 120 Block 62)Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> IIS I � <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 23 and June 30, 2000, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> I I I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 12, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson and <br /> Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Roche represented his Petition and stated that the proposal calls for I' <br /> construction of a 6 x 6-foot pressure-treated landing approximately 13 feet off the <br /> no property line. The landing would be connected to a 3-1/2 foot wide, 42-foot long ! I ' <br /> aluminum ramp. The ramp would connect to a 6 x 20-foot pressure-treated float. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the project. Mr. Slavinsky of Cape <br /> &Islands Engineering confirmed that the Harbormaster has approved the project. I' <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> � I <br /> 1 <br /> I <br />
