Notice wasiven b <br /> g y publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper a of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on Au I' <br /> P P g p gust 4 and August 1 1, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 23, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Michael Grotzke of the Phoenix Group represented the Petition and stated <br /> that the proposal calls for a permanent walkway constructed of fiberglass grate material <br /> placed at a low height to allow light and air to reach the ground. The walkway would be <br /> connected to a Section 10A float with a total length of 315 feet. <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated that the Conservation Commission and Harbormaster Perry <br /> Ellis have approved the plan. The Conservation Commission informed the Board that the <br /> Commission has continued its hearing of the Petition until September 21, 2000.
