Martin Sullivan, Jr. of Roslindale, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> I � <br /> allow for construction of a deck, stairway, ramp and float on Fells Pond on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 78 Fells Pond Road(Map 122 Block 181)Mashpee, II'' <br /> MA. Owner of record: Christina A. Sullivan. ' I' <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General " I, <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 4 and August 11, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. j <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 23, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> confirmed that the Conservation Commission Shellfish Constable Waterways <br /> Commission and Harbormaster received copies of the Petition. Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan <br /> also attended the meeting.
