I, <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 4 and August 11, j <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 23, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> The Board received a request from Cape & Islands Engineering on behalf of the <br /> Petitioner for a continuance of the Petition to allow for Conservation Commission <br /> I � <br /> approval. <br /> l : <br /> At the continued hearings on September 13, 2000, Mr. David Sanicki of Cape& <br /> Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that a Variance of 23 feet is being <br /> ,I �l <br /> requested to allow for construction of the addition and garage. The Conservation <br /> Commission has approved the proposal. ; I i <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> u' <br />
