Mantel of Mashpee, <br /> p <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Great River on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 242 Monomoscoy Road(Map 120 Block 52)Mashpee, MA. II <br /> Owner of record: Jeanne S. Collins. j <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General ; L <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 22 and <br /> September 29, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 11, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the I � <br /> , I <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. E <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that the Harbormaster, Shellfish Constable and Waterways Commission have been <br /> notified of the proposal by registered mail. Plans call for the existing bulkhead to be <br /> attached to a 20-foot ramp with a 6 x 20-foot float.
