V-00-187 Map 105 Block 233 <br /> 132 Waterway <br /> I I <br /> A Petition was filed on September 14, 2000 by Chilton Development, Inc. of <br /> Marshfield, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> to vary the setback requirements to water and wetlands to allow for construction of a "I <br /> single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 132 Waterway <br /> (Map 105 Block 233)Mashpee, MA. k <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> jI <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a � ' <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 22 and lit <br /> September 29, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. j <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 11, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Michael Grotzke of the Phoenix Group represented the Petition and stated <br /> that the proposal calls for construction of a new home within the ACEC. The Board has <br /> � I <br /> granted a Special Permit for demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a <br /> single-family home on the subject property. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. III <br /> y Ali <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> ,;III <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 132 Waterway and consists of 20,000 <br /> square feet. <br />
