Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 22 and <br /> September 29, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. j <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on I' <br /> Wednesday, December 13, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Nelson, Richard T. <br /> Guerrera and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. 1 <br /> I <br /> This Petition has been continued from the October 11 and November 8, 2000 I ( , <br /> 1 <br /> Public Hearings to allow the Petitioner an opportunity to receive Conservation <br /> Commission approval. <br /> At the continued hearings on December 13, 2000,the Zoning Board of Appeals j <br /> voted unanimously to Deny Without Prejudice the Petition,V-00-183, because of the i <br /> following reasons: <br /> 1. the Petitioner has not received Conservation Commission approval. <br /> I <br /> 2. the Petitioner has not requested a continuance or an extension from the Board. �I <br /> � I <br /> I <br />
