Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 3 and <br /> i I <br /> November 10, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 11 <br /> I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,November 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> I <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> III! I <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of l 'I <br /> i <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. iI <br /> Mr. Paul Silva, builder for the project, represented the Petition. Mrs. Jackson also <br /> attended the meeting. Mr. Silva stated that Mr. and Mrs. Jackson have owned the cottage <br /> on the subject property since 1960. Plans call for demolition of the existing cottage and �!j <br /> construction of a new single-family dwelling.
