Ricci V-00-197 21 Pequot Road <br /> Map 29 Block 87 <br /> i <br /> A Petition was filed on October 10, 2000 by Roy M. Ricci of Mashpee, <br /> it lV <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission it <br /> to vary the side setback requirements to allow for construction of an addition and to allow <br /> ,I <br /> for a pre-existing, non-conforming shed on property located in an R-5 zoning district at <br /> 21 Pequot Road(Map 29 Block 87)Mashpee, MA. <br /> i <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 3 and it <br /> November 10, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> hich time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Wednesday, November 22, 2000, at w <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> I � <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Ricci represented his Petition and stated that he would like to add a <br /> breezeway and a two-car garage with a family room to his existing home. He is <br /> requesting Variance relief of 6 1/2 feet from the side setback requirements. <br /> Mr. Douglas Willman, a direct abutter at 27 Pequot Road, reviewed the plans and <br /> stated that he has no opposition to the proposal. <br /> No other comments were received from abutters. <br /> i <br /> i <br />
