Mark C. Gildea and Robert Clark also attended the meeting. Mr. Ferragamo
stated that the existing building is situated on a trapezoid-shaped parcel of land that also
has a sloping topography.
Plans call for the first floor of the existing building to stay within the same
footprint with construction of a square-shaped addition on the southerly side of the
building. Mr. Ferragamo said that the single-story appearance would be maintained.
ii
Storm waters from the parking lot would be handled according to the Town's
newest storm water management laws and would be an improvement to Mashpee River
Watershed.
I I
The Board of Health has approved the proposed installation of a new Title V
septic system. The Design Review Committee has also approved the project.
ii
Mr. Nelson suggested that the request for a Special Permit under Section
174-5 LB should be removed from the Petition because the Zoning By-laws require
Design Review Committee approval for signage before the ZBA can hear the request.
I
JL
iI ' I
