Fritschi of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning k <br /> i <br /> By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Mashpee-Wakeby Pond <br /> on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 170 Pimlico Pond Road(Map 2 Block 3) <br /> e <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 3 and <br /> November 10, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> i <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> I ' <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Fritschi represented his Petition and stated that plans call for construction of <br /> an 8x16-foot floating dock attached by a ramp to a fixed platform on the shore. The dock <br /> would be seasonal. The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal and has <br /> required construction of new pressure-treated steps to be built over the old steps in order <br /> to protect the environment. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> 'i <br /> i <br /> � I <br />
