Owner of record of 43 Waterline Drive South: Shirley Silver. Owner of <br /> record of 17 Waterline Drive North: New Seabury Properties, LLC. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 3 and <br /> November 10, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,November 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G.Nelson, Zella E. <br /> 'I <br /> Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Regan stepped down and left the room. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that it is a joint filing between Shirley Silver and New Seabury Properties, LLC. <br /> The Board has granted the request for a 47-foot Variance from the By-laws for <br /> construction of the long walkway. The Conservation Commission has approved the <br /> proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> i <br />
