10. Plaintiff's summer residence is 16 Elliot Road, Mashpee. <br /> 11. Plaintiff, well prior to the November 24, 2000 mailing of Notice, spoke <br /> with the United States Post Office at Mashpee regarding delivery of mail <br /> to Elliot Road,Mashpee, and was informed by the said Post Office that <br /> there was no mail delivery to Elliot Road, and that any mail directed to <br /> summer or permanent residents of said Elliot Road was sent to the primary <br /> residence of said summer residents-of Elliot Road or to a Mashpee Post <br /> Office Box selected by said summer residents of Elliot Road. <br /> 12. Plaintiff,having consulted the Post Office well prior to the November 24, <br /> 2000 mailing of Notice,met with the Town of Mashpee, and informed the <br /> Town of Mashpee of Plaintiff's conversation with the Post Office and that <br /> all Plaintiff's mail should be sent to the 12 Fieldstone Path, Walpole, <br /> Massachusetts address. <br /> 13. Plaintiff, at the time Plaintiff informed the Town of Mashpee that <br /> Plaintiff's mail should be sent to 12 Fieldstone Path, Walpole, <br /> Massachusetts, observed a box full of returned town mail,'including tax <br /> bills,which were returned because said town mail was sent to addresses of <br /> summer residents where there was no mail delivery by the United States <br /> Post Office. <br /> 14. Plaintiff, since Plaintiff met with the Town of Mashpee;received its water <br /> bills and all other town mail at 12 Fieldstone Path, Walpole, <br /> Massachusetts. <br />
