Kenneth Hatcher's activities in placing the garage structure on his <br /> property,beside our property, where neither I nor my wife have received <br /> proper notice of the December 13, 2001 Zoning Board of Appeals Hearing <br /> from the Town of Mashpee, is causing my wife, my family and me <br /> ' immediate and irreparable harm. <br /> 24.
