Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on January 10, r <br /> 2001 to grant the following: ..r; <br /> 1. a Variance of 115 feet from the proposed canopy to Falmouth Road. <br /> 1. a Variance of 49.2 feet from the proposed building to Falmouth Road. <br /> 2. a Variance of 24.1 feet from the proposed building to Wags Road. <br /> 3. a Variance of 418 feet from the frontage requirements. <br /> The Variance is conditioned upon the following: ¢ <br /> 1. that the subject property shall be used for the retail sale of gasoline, oil and <br /> sale of automotive accessories. <br /> 2. that services provided shall include automotive services,towing services and <br /> automobile inspections, excluding automotive bodywork. <br /> 3. cigarettes and soda are not to be sold on the subject property in units larger <br /> than the smallest unit sold at a retail store.
