Benway III V-01-17 2 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> i <br /> , <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 6 Great River Road North and consists <br /> of 6,000 square feet <br /> q of land. �i <br /> I <br /> ' I <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. . the subject property predates zoning. <br /> 2. the subject property is impacted by wetlands. <br /> 3. the original survey stakes were moved prior to the pouring of the foundation; <br /> therefore, a literal enforcement of the By-laws would involve hardship to the <br /> Petitioner. <br /> I <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> i <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on January 24, <br /> 2001 to <br /> grant a Variance of 2.5 feet on the southerly side of the subject lot.
