She clarified the g p p I lots that are currently under construction or are under purchase and sale agreement. Mr. Regan remarked that construction is moving along with most of the subject lots. Mr. Wheeler stated that he can issue only 7 more building permits to the Petitioner this year. The Board, Mr. Wheeler and Ms. Bergamo all agreed that Growth Management limits the number of building permits and creates a difficult situation for the Petitioner. The I I
