Marrama and Salvi represented the Petition. <br /> Mr. Regan said he appreciated the fact that the two men are part-time Mashpee business <br /> owners. Mr. Brem said that he thought that the flea market operators had done a good <br /> job last year. <br /> Mr.Regan said that the subject property must be maintained, that the trash must be <br /> picked up, that dead trees must be removed,that the rusted poles must be taken care of <br /> and that tent covers should not be left flapping in the breeze. He also complained about a <br /> lion that has been tipped over for six months. Mr. Regan said that the golf course has <br /> been trashed and that he wants the subject property to look a lot better than it currently jl <br /> does. <br /> Mr. Salvi stated that he would have the dead trees removed and would replace the broken <br /> gate. He said that the golf course was vandalized and that he intends to repair it. Messrs. <br /> Salvi and Marrama said that the subject property was in good order when they left in <br /> November of last year. <br /> Mr.Nelson said that the Board cannot hold the Petitioners responsible for what happened <br /> to the golf course over the winter months. Mr. Wheeler said that he would look into the <br /> matter of the tipped over lion. He also reminded the Board that the Petitioner posted a <br /> security bond in the amount of$5000 two years ago. <br /> i <br /> Mr.Brem said that he only found one piece of paper outside the property and one dirty <br /> truck behind some trees when he visited the site today. He said that there is a marked <br /> improvement and that the property seems to be in pretty good shape. <br /> Mr. Salvi urged the Board members to call him with any complaints during the year.
