Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Jim Quinlan, Region Operations Manager for First Student,Inc.represented <br /> the Petition and stated that the Town of Mashpee requires that its school buses must be j <br /> parked within Town limits. <br /> � I <br /> from Town Counsel regarding the legality of school bus parkin <br /> Building Commissioner Russell W. Wheeler said that he is waiting for an opinion <br /> g on property located in a I <br /> C-2 zoning district. <br /> SII <br /> The Board voted unanimously to continue the Petition to allow for Town Counsel <br /> opinion. <br /> i <br /> Prior to the Public Hearings on June 13, 2001,the ZBA office informed Mr. <br /> James Quinlan, Region Operations Manager for First Student,that he must sign a <br /> Request for a Continuance/Extension for the Board to hear/render a Decision on the <br /> above-referenced Petition. Mr. Quinlan failed to do so. <br /> In order <br /> to avoid a constructive grant,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted on June � <br /> 13,20001 to Deny Without Prejudice the Petition for a Special Permit to First Student, <br /> Inc. <br /> II ' <br />
