Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> it j ;I <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 23 and March 30, <br /> ' i <br /> 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> This Petition was continued from the April 11, May 9, June 13, 2001 Public <br /> fi <br /> i <br /> p Y <br /> Hearings at the request of the engineer to allow for Conservation Commission approval. <br /> I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 8, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board I' <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson <br /> and Richard T. Guerrera. j <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> j. <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. j <br /> ! <br /> Mr. Jack Landers-Cauley, engineer for the project, represented the Petition. � <br /> The Conservation Commission and the Shellfish Constable have approved the <br /> i <br /> proposed construction of a pier, ramp and float on the subject property. <br /> After some discussion, the Board discovered that the project exceeds the allowed <br /> 70-foot length limit. The Board told Mr. Landers-Cauley that the Petitioner must also f <br /> apply for a Variance from the Zoning By-laws to allow for the proposal. The Board I�: <br /> asked Mr. Landers-Cauley to submit a revised plan that shows the location of the mean f <br /> high water mark. <br /> f <br />
