A Petition was filed on March 20, 2001 by George H. and Marie A.East, Jr. fora II Modification to Special Permit, SP-00-125, and Variances,V-00-126 and V-00-200,to Ii Ii allow for the addition of a small deck on a new construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 22 Wilson's Grove (Map 118 Block 75) Mashpee, MA. Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General C j Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, E a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 23 and March 30, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, April 11, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of I I Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III,Robert G.Nelson and 14 Frederick R. Borgeson. The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the i I provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Sections 9 and 10 and the ! j �I Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. i I At the Public Hearings on June 14, 2000,the Board voted unanimously to grant' the following to allow for construction of a new home on the subject property: i 1. a Variance of 12 feet from the front setback requirements. ( i 2. a Variance of 10 feet 2 inches from the southerly sideline. IE , I, I 3. a Variance of 13 feet 10 inches from the northerly sideline. I 4. a Variance of 6.8% from the lot coverage requirements. 5. a Special Permit to allow for demolition of the existing structure. I I ' f ;I
