Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the i I <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Sections 9 and 10 and the ! j <br /> �I <br /> Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. i I <br /> At the Public Hearings on June 14, 2000,the Board voted unanimously to grant' <br /> the following to allow for construction of a new home on the subject property: i <br /> 1. a Variance of 12 feet from the front setback requirements. <br /> ( i <br /> 2. a Variance of 10 feet 2 inches from the southerly sideline. <br /> IE , I, I <br /> 3. a Variance of 13 feet 10 inches from the northerly sideline.
