Wightman and Engineer Dave Real] represented the Petition. <br /> vIr Blythe also attended the meeting. ,Attorney Wightman informed the Board that, after <br /> many years in litigation. a resolution has been reached. The Agreement for Judgment <br /> calls for relocation of the dock and for the dock to be a shared facility with an abutter, <br /> Mr. Siegfried.
