Murawski V-0 1-59 31 Nobska Road <br /> Map 29 Block 101 <br /> A Petition was filed on April 12, 2001 by Joseph P. Murawski of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the side setback requirements to allow for construction of a porch <br /> on an existing home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 31 Nobska Road <br /> (Map 29 Block 101)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 4 and <br /> May 11, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 23, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III,Richard T. Guerrera <br /> and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Joseph P. Murawski represented his Petition and stated that he wishes to add <br /> w. <br /> a 14x 16-foot porch on the east side of his existing home. The close proximity of the <br /> wetlands and the unusual shape of the lot restrict the location of the porch. Mr. <br /> Murawski is requesting a Variance of 9 feet from the side setback requirements. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters.
