These represent a portion of the 35 variances originally granted in July, 1998. I! <br /> ' I <br /> Since July 1998,Willowbend has installed all the roads,utilities,and sewer connections for these lots at a <br /> cost of approximately$2,000,000. We have built or constructed houses on fifteen of the lots during the period 1998 <br /> to date which were allowed under the Town's Growth Management By-Law. <br /> Ali <br /> We believe that we have done sufficient work to"exercise"rights under all of these variances. We are <br /> seeking the requested variances to confirm our rights to continue.
