Lasko-Gary of Lunenburg, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 �I of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Great River on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 404 Monomoscoy Road (Map 125 Parcel 256) Mashpee, MA. j Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 24 and August 31,2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The September 12, 2001 Public Hearings were canceled due to the national tragedy that occurred on September 11, 2001. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September 19, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Richard T. Guerrera and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Nelson stepped down. The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. I I Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and k. l stated that plans call for one of the existing pier structures on the subject property to be I' I, removed and replaced with a new pier, ramp and float. The proposal includes f it modification of the other existing pier. The Harbormaster, Shellfish Constable and the Conservation Commission have approved the proposal. it I No comments were received from abutters. i i I
