Gary and Janet L. <br /> Lasko-Gary of Lunenburg, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 <br /> �I <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Great River <br /> on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 404 Monomoscoy Road (Map 125 <br /> Parcel 256) Mashpee, MA. j <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 24 and August <br /> 31,2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The September 12, 2001 Public Hearings were canceled due to the national <br /> tragedy that occurred on September 11, 2001. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition <br /> at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September 19, 2001, at which time the <br /> following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Edward M. Govoni, Richard T. Guerrera and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Nelson stepped <br /> down. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> I I <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> k. <br /> l <br /> stated that plans call for one of the existing pier structures on the subject property to be I' <br /> I, <br /> removed and replaced with a new pier, ramp and float. The proposal includes f it <br /> modification of the other existing pier. <br /> The Harbormaster, Shellfish Constable and the Conservation Commission have <br /> approved the proposal. <br /> it I <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> I <br />
