Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, Ii a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 24 and August III 31,2001, a copy p of which is attached hereto and made a art hereof. The September 12, 2001 Public Hearings were canceled due to the national tragedy that occurred on September 11, 2001. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition r at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September 19, 2001, at which time the I,I following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert G. Nelson, Zella E. Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of II Mashpee Zoning By-laws. Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and Ili stated that the modifications to the original plan include addition of stops to the bottom of I' the proposed floats and a reduction in the length of the.proposed dock.
