I' <br /> Mashpee Zoning Kenneth Anderson V-01-118 3 <br /> Board of Appeals 195/203 Ashers Path West <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on November 14, <br /> 2001 to grant the following: <br /> 1. a Variance to allow for construction of a single-family dwelling on an <br /> unpaved road. <br /> 2. a Variance of 31,804 square feet from the lot size requirements and <br /> permission for 195 and 203 Ashers Path West to be combined into one <br /> buildable lot. <br /> The Variance is conditioned upon compliance with the following: <br /> 1. Charles N. Savery, Inc. plan entitled "Plan of Land in Mashpee, Mass., for <br /> Kenneth W. Anderson, Date: Sept. 10, 1973, Revised: Jan.22, 1974". <br /> 2. that the area of road directly in front of the above-referenced property shall be <br /> widened to 20 feet. <br /> 3. that the area of road in front of the subject property shall be maintained by the <br /> property owner, including grading and installation of hardstone on the subject <br /> road. <br /> I <br /> i <br /> II' <br />
