Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, f <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 26 and <br /> November 2, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. j <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,November 14, 2001. The Zoning Board of Appeals found that the Petitioner <br /> does not need ZBA approval to allow for construction of the proposed garage to the I <br /> existing dwelling on the subject property and that the Board does not have jurisdiction <br /> regarding this particular Petition. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Building Commissioner determined the following: <br /> 1. that the proposal conforms to the rules and regulations of the Building codes j <br /> and the Zoning By-laws of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> 2. that the Petitioner does not have to modify the Special Permit, SP-00-23, to <br /> allow for construction of the proposed garage on the subject property. <br /> 3. that the Petitioner does not need approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> to allow for construction of the proposed garage on the subject property. <br /> i <br /> I <br /> i <br /> ! <br /> 'I <br /> S V W J0 a.M0 j <br /> ! <br />
