Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 23 and <br /> November 30, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The ZBA office received a fax dated December 11, 2001 from Cape & Islands Y_` <br /> Engineering on behalf of the Petitioner requesting a continuance of the Petition until <br /> January 23, 2002 to allow for Conservation Commission approval. <br /> The ZBA office received a second fax dated January 23, 2002 from Cape & <br /> Islands Engineering on behalf of the Petitioner requesting a Withdrawal Without <br /> Prejudice of the Petition for a Variance, V-01-123. <br /> At the continued hearings on January 23, 2002 the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously to accept the request for Withdrawal Without Prejudice of the <br /> above-referenced Petition, V-01-123. <br /> PI <br />
