The Conservation Commission has <br /> approved the proposal, subject to submission of stamped plans. <br /> C. Michael & Sonia M Hayward-Request a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing dwelling to allow for construction <br /> of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 187 Daniel's <br /> Island Road (Map 100 Parcel 37) Mashpee, MA. ! j <br /> I � <br /> li I <br /> C. Michael & Sonia M Hayward—Request a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the front setback requirements and setback <br /> requirements to water and wetlands to allow for construction of a single-family home <br /> on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 187 Daniel's Island Road (Map 100 <br /> Parcel 37) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Robert G. Nelson, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner and <br /> submitted photos of the subject property. The Conservation Commission has approved ; III <br /> the proposal, pending submission of revised plans. The Board of Health has approved <br /> installation of a new denitrification septic system on the subject property. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> 4h <br /> i <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 2 through 12. Mr. ! . <br /> Brem seconded. All agreed. ! <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the following: <br /> • a Variance of 5 feet from the front setback requirements. <br /> • a Variance of 25 feet from the setback requirements to water and wetlands. i <br /> i <br /> The Variance is subject to criteria 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings 1 2 3 4/shape e and topography <br /> g p <br /> impacted by wetlands. {' <br /> Mr. Brem seconded. I I s <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Nelson expressed concern with the postage and expense that the Town incurs with all <br /> the ZBA mailings to the Board members. He suggested that the Board Secretary supply <br /> mailboxes in the Building Department for Board members to pick up correspondence on II' <br /> their own. The Board secretary will continue to mail public hearings and agendas to <br /> Board members. <br /> i <br />
