Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 3 and <br /> September 10, 1999. <br /> The Board received a fax on September 19, 1999 from the applicant requesting a <br /> continuance of the hearing until November 10, 1999. At the Public Hearings on <br /> September 22, 1999, the Board voted unanimously to continue the hearing until <br /> November 10, 1999. <br /> On November 3, 1999, the Board received a request from the applicant for a <br /> continuance of his hearing until December 8, 1999. At the Public Hearings on November <br /> 10, 1999, the Board voted unanimously to continue the hearing until December 8, 1999. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpec Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 8, 1999, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Richard T. Guerrera. The Board and the applicant agreed upon an extension <br /> of the hearing. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> On June 27, 2000, the Board received a fax from the applicant requesting a <br /> Withdrawal of his Petition. At the Public Hearings on June 28, 2000, the Board voted <br /> unanimously to accept the request for Withdrawal Without Prejudice of the Petition <br /> V-99-77.
