(Owner of record: P& S Goldstein Family Trust). <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 28, 1999 to grant the <br /> Variance to allow the applicant to construct a new home within the ACEC. <br /> On August 23, 1999 the Zoning Board of Appeals received a written request from <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering on behalf of the applicant. The applicant is seeking a <br /> modification of Variance V-99-24. The modification will include an increase in the <br /> square footage of the proposed dwelling and an increase in lot coverage. The <br /> construction will comply with all front, side and rear setback requirements. <br /> On September 22, 1999 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant <br /> the Modification of the Variance V-99-24.
